Why we started.
Autonomix was founded by a team that had spent years working inside large enterprises on digital transformation programmes. Across Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Legal, and HR, they had seen the same pattern repeat: businesses investing heavily in process reengineering, deploying new tools, and still not getting the efficiency gains they were promised.
The problem was not the technology. It was the gap between what the technology could do and how it was actually implemented. Programmes ran long, handoffs were messy, and the people doing the work every day were rarely involved until it was too late to change anything.
When large language models and agentic AI made it genuinely possible to automate complex, judgement-dependent workflows, the founding team saw an opportunity to do implementation differently. Not to sell a platform and leave. Not to produce a strategy deck and hand it over. To build the actual thing, inside the client’s environment, with a team that stays accountable through delivery and beyond.
Autonomix was built to be that team, for businesses of any size ready to move from AI experiments to AI that works.

Enterprise rigour at every scale
The same governance standards, security thinking, and delivery discipline apply to a six-week SMB engagement and an enterprise rollout alike. The size of the client does not determine the quality of the work.
Honest scoping
Clients hear what AI can and cannot do for their situation before any build starts. If a workflow is not a good candidate, we say so. Honest scoping protects the client’s investment, and ours.
